And of course the annual Christmas photo shoot. This year it was done uncharacterisically early, thanks to Melissa & her children joining us. I think it went well. There was no name calling, no swearing, & no one got hurt. My beautiful children are unbelieveably photogenic considering their gene pool. Thanks-L, H, K, & E.

Wow, if the Holiday season didn't warm your heart enough-just take a look at the special events leading up to Christmas that KeatS & Em took part in. Gingerbread houses, Christmas stories,
playing in the snow. Can't you just feel the love! What a sweetheart of a brother you are, Keats!
Lindz & Hanners look so surprised-mainly shocked that their cool parents can manage to buy Ipods, Digital cameras, skateboards, mall clothes, books & movies & still manage to stock the pantry full of great food for all of their visiting friends & late night parties. Christmas & teenagers: a dangerous combo.

Here's Em totally wowed out that the gas pedal on her Barbie jeep actually makes it go.
Em-right out of a sound sleep-came upstairs to my room Christmas morning announcing that there was a Cho (Tow) Truck in the living room. That's funny-even at 7am.
Carla (Suzie's sister) & her awesome kids came over for Christmas dinner-the spread consisted of traditional Thomas foods- turkey & ham sandwiches, pasta salad, relish tray, spinach dip/cheese ball & crackers, chips & clam dip. The much anticipated chocolate fountain was a hit for dessert-Em, Savannah & Madison loved it- Colton thought it was overrated. The kids played together, we exchanged gifts-(thanks generous Aunt Carla), chatted & laughed, missed our Mom & Dad (Grandma & Grandpa Thomas) & Annie & Mario (althought they are still living-in Montana) & played games (CURSES!) with the kids & friends until late into the night. 
It was an extraordinary & peaceful Holiday season for our family. We are so grateful for this beautiful time where we can gather together and celebrate the Glorious birth of the Savior.
