We have a set of neighbors who are best friends and moved across the street from each other after they got married. They are constantly doing funny, crazy things.
This is their latest.
I went to get the mail one day and these two guys were heaving snow on their porches & getting it to stick to the front door.
I'm pretty sure they did it just for their cute wives. Oh, I'm sure they loved it.
Makes me think of the days when practical jokes were to be found at every corner in this neighborhood
Like the one time we put an old couch on top of the Ayers Family van. That was a good one. Or the time we put the remnants of the parade float we built on top of the Mathis' roof. Classic.
Oh, and the one time we had a traveling stuffed, red dog that was roughly the size of a volkswagon going around the neighborhood. It was big fun when I crammed it into the compact car of my YW presidency who were at a Stake Leadership meeting without me.
They got it home on the roof of the car, holding on to it out the windows.
We once got home from a family party and that red dog was on the highest point of our roof.
You could see it from the freeway.
Wonder where that red dog is? I could totally use that one again....
Ahhh. Good times.

They are the nicest, most helpful guys aren't they?
They even help each other do their home teaching and aren't even in the same ward! So close, yet so far, huh?
I still remember the Beehive sleepover we had at your house when at about 2am, Jeremy drove us around in the back of his truck and we sang our girls camp song at the top of our lungs: "Bull River 2nd, Yes Siree, take one look and you will see that we are small and may be few but we are mighty through and through!" The neighbors probably hated us!! But it was sure fun!
everyone needs friends like that.
very clever.
the dog is the best, though.
