I gathered my kids together in our yard last evening to take part in the Balloon Launch Celebration for Christian & Stephanie Nielson.
Wanted to be included in this act of love & support.
As we each took a balloon and readied it to go, I said a little prayer and snapped some pictures. My six year old started singing the National Anthem, suggesting that it was a great song--sad and happy.
Fitting.
Our hearts go out to this family and all they have to endure.
And grateful for the chance to see all the faith & goodness in the world.
May they get well soon!

i'm glad you had a chance to do that for them--every single prayer and thought counts.
That is so nice. My prayers are with this family. There have been too many plane accidents lately.
